The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature!!! The corridors and lobby emitted a musty odor, made the initial impression quite unpleasant!!! Improvement in sound insulation is definitely needed to avoid noise disturbances from neighboring rooms!!!

i was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with good food. the bed was exceptionally comfortable enough to me.

The breakfast is solid and savoury, available with hardboiled eggs and a giant muffin. Extremely helpful and caring staff as one would expect. The venue is placed in a central position in the historic center of Montreal.

Packed with surprises, Good and Bad

The spacious room offered excellent street views, while the helpful staff diligently aided my husband in navigating the hotel's accessibility challenges.

Unfortunately, the restaurant's breakfast selection was lackluster, and the valet service came at a steep price without any amazing perks.

We got great and welcoming room with nespresso machine and different card, for example. The morning meal was exceptionally nice with hardboiled eggs and a giant muffin, as for instance. The location was unbeatable for walking around a Catholic basilica.

Great location close to the old port and Vieux Montreal. Elegant design. Several excellent breakfast places and little bars and restaurant nearly next door. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with big bath. Very clean. Most of the staff provided friendly service.

Too little room for luggage. Would have expected a little more care for the customer. Somewhat unprofessional/indifferent service at check-in - the person serving offered minimal information on hotel services etc. and was not very welcoming otherwise either. In the room there was only minimal information on available hotel services, e.g. no information that there is a 24 h gym in the basement. Bath towels had gone missing after housekeeping made up our room on one day. One day the toilet was blocked, but was repaired immediately after calling to reception.

The design throughout the hotel impresses with its modern, clean lines and a vibrant color palette, giving it a unique touch. The location on McGill Street places it within walking distance of charming restaurants and the historic Old Montreal, ideal for leisurely strolls.

Rooms left a lot to be desired. Some felt a bit dated with broken shower plugs and carpets showing wear and tear. My request for a room with a view was denied, resulting in a view of a parking lot with spider webs on the windows. Breakfast pricing seemed overblown for the limited choices offered.

I liked the friendly staff, convenient location, attractive minimalist style, and large comfortable room. The giant soaking tub was a highlight.

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

ThE rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is great. Everything is beautifull at this hotel.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a friendly front desk staff, made my stay enjoyable, and I particularly appreciated the close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Staff at front desk was extremely helpful with directions to restaurants and highway connections.

Air conditioning was very noisy.

Front desk was excellent - acted as a concierge for us while also balancing a heavy workload of customers and phones. English was excellent. Hotel staff was very courteous. Rooms were clean. Location in old Montreal was excellent.

Rooms are small. Have to pay extra daily for car parking (22.50$ & internet (14$). Restaurant was way over priced - 163$ for 2 - beers at 8$ each - no wine.

Great location near Old Montreal. Housekeeping could improve.

The Hotel St. Paul is a very nice hotel in Old Montreal. It's within walking distance of many tourist sites. It's also a very clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very responsive to my needs.

The price was a bit steep, but so were other hotels of the same class in the area. It may just be Montreal in that area.
